How do I place an order?

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, and high-resolution JPEG formats. Please ensure all fonts are outlined and images are in CMYK mode.

Can I request a quotation before confirming my order?

Yes, we encourage requesting a quote so we can tailor pricing to your needs and quantity.

Payment & Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit Card, FPX Online Banking, and eWallet payments for convenient and secure transactions.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Standard production time is 4–7 working days, depending on quantity and product type. Urgent orders can be arranged upon request.

Some products, such as ID cards, may take up to 2 working weeks due to additional processing requirements.

Do you offer delivery services?

Yes, we deliver across Johor Bahru and Singapore. Delivery fees may vary depending on the destination.

After-Sales & Support

What if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 3 working days with photos of the issue. We’ll review and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
