Accepted design file formats
To help as many people as possible, Maven accepts a range of different formats. These are:
PDF (Portable Document Format)
JPEG (Joint Photographic Experts Group)
PNG (Portable Network Graphics)
GIF (Graphics Interchange Format)
Print and shipping turnaround
The overall turnaround time of your order will be calculated by both the production speed and delivery method selected at checkout. Please note that certain products can be produced faster than others and we offer both economy and expedited shipping services to suit all needs. Do contact us for clarifications.
How to create a Printing account
We’ll only ask you to set up a Printy account when you want to save a design or place an order – up to that point you’ll be able to explore our products and make your own designs without an account. When you decide to save a project or place an order you will be prompted to sign up or log in to Printy.
Signing up is easy and only takes a couple of minutes, you can either sign up via Facebook or using an email address and password.

Order status and delays
You can check the status of your order by going to the Order History section of Your Account. We’ll tell you if your order is being processed, printed, or has been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can also track your shipment via the tracking link and number provided within the dispatch email.
