Full-Time Position
We are looking for a motivated and organized Indoor Sales Cum Admin to support our daily sales and administrative operations. This role involves preparing quotations and invoices, handling customer enquiries, managing data entry, and assisting the sales team to ensure smooth business operations. Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
Job Description
As an Indoor Sales Cum Admin, you will be responsible for supporting customers and the sales team through accurate documentation, prompt communication, and efficient administrative processes. You will play an important role in ensuring orders are processed smoothly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up on quotations and customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing.
- Organize and maintain filing systems and company documents.
- Assist in general office administration duties.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks.
- Ensure information and records are updated accurately in company systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in sales administration or customer service is an added advantage.
